Traditional shoyu is made with water, cultured whole soybeans, whole wheat, and sea salt. It is unhurriedly aged in wooden casks at natural temperatures for eighteen months to two years. No chemical additives are used for soy sauce at any stage of the manufacturing process. Ingredients: Organic soybean, organic wheat, water, sea salt.
