It is a great source of dietary Fiber, Antioxidants, Proteins, and other nutrients such as Iron, Phosphorous, Selenium, Copper, Magnesium, and Zinc. This whole grain flour is low in fat and sodium-free, making it a great, nutritious ingredient for baking.

Benefits of Stone milling: Grain berries are peeled with slow stone rotation and the germ and bran are blended into the flour, bringing with it natural enzymes and vitamins. Since the flour never comes in contact with metal, oxidation is limited. Our stone mill revolves slowly and the flour never gets hot hence contributing to the superior quality of our stone milled flour. Moreover, our organic flours are 100% pure: they are unbleached, unenriched, and without potassium bromate.
